Personal License Terms
Each Distribution License only allows 1 copy of electronic distribution. Photocopy or any printed redistribution is prohibited.
For example, If you wish to use 5 digital copies for 5 students, you must purchase 5 Distribution Licenses.
If you intend to use these materials for commercial purposes, such as in a classroom or professional practice setting, you must obtain a Photocopiable License. All YMHC content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed, whether in print or electronic form, without a proper Distribution License from YMHC.
Electronic copies of content may not be posted on, or distributed by, third-party course providers, content aggregators/distributors, or any platforms.
We do not grant permission for any adaptation, edit, excerpt or summary of any products.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
Copyright Restrictions on Digital Workbooks and Guidebooks (Personal License)
YMHC's digital resources are designed for convenience and accessibility, allowing you to interact with the content on electronic devices:
- Digital workbooks and guidebooks may not be printed, photocopied, or shared digitally.
- They are typically provided in PDF format, with some being fillable to enhance interactivity.
- Each Distribution License permits only a single copy of electronic distribution. If you need to distribute digital copies to multiple readers, you must purchase a corresponding number of Distribution Licenses.
- Posting or distributing these electronic copies on third-party platforms or by content aggregators is strictly forbidden.
- YMHC does not permit any modifications, including adaptations, edits, excerpts, or summaries, of their digital products.
