Refund policy

Return Policy 

• All current return policy guidelines and conditions apply.
• Returns and exchanges will be accepted on eligible products in new condition, with your original receipt, and any tags within 14 days of purchase.
• Digital books or photocopiable licenses are not returnable nor refundable.
• Print-on-demand merchandise products that are marked as "Spreadconnect" are not returnable nor refundable.

 
Shipping order returns:
We are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs.
To begin the return process email info@ymhc.ngo with your web order number (eg. #01234567) and indicate which product(s) you intend to return and why.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Non-Returnable Items

• Some items are non-returnable: digital books, access codes, photocopiable licenses, and any other products that are digitally delivered.
• Print-on-demand merchandise.
• Exchange only on sale merchandise.

Method of Refund

• Please note that if you paid by credit or debit card, a refund will be issued by the same method with the original card.
• Purchases made by cheque will be refunded in cash or by cheque at our discretion.
