Schools and school boards/districts can request a virtual training course for the special fee of $10,000. The course could be held over two days or in weekly sessions. The fee is for a maximum of 25 participants. The savings to the school or district/board for an in-house training opportunity is over $10,000.

This training course is designed to cover a comprehensive range of issues relevant to educators, mental health professionals, and other participants involved in supporting student mental health and well-being. It provides school-wide approaches and strategies to support students facing school-induced mental health challenges, which can lead to school avoidance and chronic absenteeism.

All training courses include:

  • 12 hours of instructional time, plus additional time for discussion
  • Relevant assignment package
  • Practical, proactive, and preventative strength and evidence-based strategies
  • A certificate of completion
  • A Guidebook for Supporting Students with School Phobia

Online Payment

You can complete your course payment online on this page:

  • Course Fee: $10,000
  • Transaction Fee: 3% (charged by our payment gateway provider)

Waiving the Transaction Fee

If you prefer to waive the 3% transaction fee, please write us an email to admin@YouthMentalHealth.ca and choose one of the following payment options:

Cheque Payments (Canada Only)

If you opt to pay by cheque, please follow these instructions:

  1. Make your cheque payable to: “YMHC Charitable Foundation.”
  2. Mail your cheque to:

  3. Ensure the cheque is made out to “YMHC Charitable Foundation,” our legally registered name, not to Youth Mental Health Canada.
  4. Include pertinent details in the memo section of your cheque to help us associate the payment with your order.
  5. Once you have mailed your cheque, please notify us by clicking here to indicate that your payment is on its way.

E-Transfer
