# Join the Parent Peer Support Group

## How to join

1.  ### Fill out the application form
    
    Complete the application form below.
    
2.  ### Request to join the Facebook group
    
    Then request to join the group on Facebook.
    

## Step 1: Application form

This group is a private peer support community for parents, caregivers, and families. It is not a crisis service. If you or your child is at immediate risk of harm, call 911, or call or text 988.
