# Contact

When you, or someone you know, need(s) support or guidance during an emotional crisis, please reach out to one of your supports or to crisis supports for your area. For some leads, although not a comprehensive directory: The [International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP)](https://www.iasp.info/crisis-centres-helplines/) suggests crisis services affiliated with [Befrienders Worldwide](https://befrienders.org/find-support-now), [Lifeline International](https://lifeline-international.com/our-network), and [IFOTES, The International Federation of Telephone Emergency Services](https://www.ifotes.org/en/ifotes-members).
